CSOD Training Sites

CSOD C

Reaching the most vulnerable across the region of more than 25 countries is a sizeable task, which is why the Caribbean School of Data (CSOD) leverages a mixed-methods approach to the delivery of its curriculum. The School is built for SCALE, but steeped within the reality of honing the COMPLETE student. Our face-to-face facilitation sets us apart while raising the likelihood our graduates will excel and be well rounded individuals. .

We achieve this level of assurance by having and working with education and service partners already established within every territory we offer our curriculum. Jamaica acts as the regional headquarters of the CSOD, and currently our curriculum is offered in five (5) Caribbean territories.

Jamaica:

Led by the Mona School of Business and Management within the University of the West Indies, Mona campus, the CSOD is actively training and working with both corporate agencies and social relief agencies (Sameer Younis Foundation and ChangeMakers) to up-skill underserved Jamaican youth.

Dominican Republic:

Fundación Taigüey is working as country lead and guiding the CTC's implementation of the Caribbean School of Data curriculum within eleven sites spread across the Dominican Republic.

Guyana:

As the national tertiary training institution, the University of Guyana is leveraging the CSOD curriculum to engage with those who remain underserved within their country.

Puerto Rico:

The Centro Criollo de Ciencia y Tecnología del Caribe (C3Tec) has committed to lead the country effort within Puerto Rico alongside Piloto 151 since early 2020

St. Lucia:

Country leaders, the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, are deploying the CSOD curriculum across two (2) sites. These activities are expected to bring real opportunities to the small island's most vulnerable young people.
