How to create your YouTube Account on the web
- Go to https://www.youtube.com/
- On the top right of the page locate the “Sign in” button and click it. YouTube is part of the Google family, so your Google email address and password will allow you access to directly sign in.
- Sign in with your Google username and password. Google now prompts you to fill out some basic information for your Account.
- After ensuring the fields are correctly filled click “Next”.
- You may be prompted to set two-step verification for your Google Account, you will need this for additional security.
- Log in: You can now manage your YouTube Account, Channel and access the YouTube Studio by clicking the top right profile icon.
Installing YouTube on your Android or iOS device
- Open Google Play Store on Android or App Store on iOS.
- Search for “YouTube” in the search bar.
- Access the app’s information page.
- Tap on the Install button.
- Once the App is installed to the app library or phone home screen, click open the App and get started with set-up
